Daftar Isi

1. explain Ausubel’s subsumption theory.

According to Ausubel’s Subsumption Theory, a learner absorbs new information by tying it to existing concepts and ideas that they have already acquired. Rather than building an entirely new cognitive structure, they are able to relate it to information that is already present within their minds.

When an idea is forgotten, it is simply because the specific details and associated thoughts get lost in the crowd and can no longer be differentiated from other pieces of information. Based upon this theory, meaningful learning can only occur once the subsumed cognitive structures have been fully developed.

Answer:

1. Utilitarianism

2.Deontology

Explanation:

Utilitarianism is one of the best known and most influential moral theories. Like other forms of consequentialism, its core idea is that whether actions are morally right or wrong depends on their effects. More specifically, the only effects of actions that are relevant are the good and bad results that they produce.

Deontology is a theory that suggests actions are good or bad according to a clear set of rules. Its name comes from the Greek word deon, meaning duty. Actions that obey these rules are ethical, while actions that do not, are not. This ethical theory is most closely associated with German philosopher, Immanuel Kant.

Explanation:

The COVID-19 pandemic is first and foremost a health crisis. Many countries have decided to close schools, colleges and universities. Probably all K-12 students in the Philippines are currently missing face-to-face learning due to COVID-19. Many parents and educators thus share a common worry: When the pandemic ends hopefully, students will return to school with lower achievement and that is one of the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in education.

The students, including myself maybe the most affected, for the reason that they are suspended for a moment in their education and left for self-education. We, the students, are in an uncertain situation. We face a lot of issues in online learning to cope with online classes. The drop out rates are increasing among students. Most of them are not well equipped with sufficient gadgets and enough data. A lot of changes especially looking at indigenous people in terms of education. Lack of access to technology and forced to be dropped because they can't adopt the new normal.

Unavailability of e-learning gadgets among others happen to be major problem to the effectiveness of e-learning during this time of pandemic. However, modules, books and online activities at home keeps us busy enriching our knowledge on many academic aspects. I can say that online learning during quarantine is more challenging than face to face learning. Therefore, we should be always positive and patient to deal with this kind of situation. We, the students really miss the campus life and hopefully this pandemic doesn't take any longer.
